Connor (whispering): "Want to hear a pooky tory" (spooky story)
me: "I'd love to hear a spooky story, but you have to talk a little louder so I can hear you better."
Connor: "I will turn the woud on when I am weady." (loud on when ready)
me: "Okay!"
Connor (whispering): "One time, I was in the woad (road) and a window monster...came and ate me all up!"
Connor (not whispering): "The End! See, I turned the woud (loud) on at the end!"
