(sidenote: neither Emily nor Jared were entirely willing to dig in and scoop out the pumpkin guts at this age, but Connor didn't hesitate for even a split second!)
I missed getting any pictures of Emily doing some actual carving because I was off changing Connor's diaper...

That is awesome! I am glad they had fun. Jimmy wanted to carve this year, but I still thought M was too little to enjoy it... she's much too tidy a girl to get her hands messy. lol. Don't let him see this!! :D

It is funny how they really don't like the goopy feeling. I think Connor has watched our big two and wants to do just what they do, sometimes before his time.
Ripken didn't want to touch Mir and Tyler's pumpkin guts at all and he is three. Funny how he seems all boy and then he's a sissy about pumpkin guts : )
