CAUTION: CONSTRUCTION ZONE
Please bear (bare?) with me as I continue to fiddle with the background colors to try and compliment the new banner. I'm open to suggestions and would gratefully accept opinions, good or bad. I'd like the site to be pleasing and welcoming and I need your help! Watch out for the loose nails on the ground. I think I spilled some while I was throwing a minor tantrum that the colors I WANT to use for the background are not available... LOL!!! I almost smacked my thumb with a hammer during all the hard work, too, but I just missed. WHEW! Feel free to grab some tools and throw around some ideas. A one-woman job isn't very fun! LOL

Change the blog spot banner to a lighter shade.

I think it is bear - I always question that one too - we need to look that up - tee hee.
English teacher to the rescue...it is "bear"!!
As far as suggestions, I think it looks great, but could stand to be brighter. The black and white would really stand out against a brighter color. Just my humble opinion, though.

I want the lily to be orange.
And perhaps the letters orange.
But then you know me. Orange is one of my colors.
I just want to comment about how funny you are and how much I love reading what you write- no matter how fancy or pretty it is! And I run into the same bare/bear problem too :)
