What a day!

We recently took our kids to a fair that is happening somewhat near us. We met up with two other families and spent HOURS letting the kids ride rides. They all had such a good time! As much as having a large group slowed things down a bit, it worked out SO WELL having extra adults to help load/unload the kids from the rides, to keep track of all the kids, and it allowed us to split up here and there so the two girls could ride some of the bigger rides, and the four boys could ride the rides they wanted to do. Everyone had a VERY good time. Such a good time, in fact, that we kept them all out WAY past bedtime. It was 11pm before we ended up at home (and it was a school night!!). We're such responsible parents... LOL

How fun!! And if CJ or any of the other kids ate any of that cotton candy he's holding, I'll bet they didn't even go to sleep right away! Either that or they were so exhausted they crashed immediately. Did you and Dan have to carry sleeping children into that house?

That's the stuff memories are made of. "Do you remember the time Mom took us to that fair on a school night? It was SO much fun!!"

Look at all those happy faces! You can bet they had LOTS of fun! (Fairs are fun, especially when someone else pays--LOL!)

Look at those happy faces. I love the fair, I don't do rides anymore, but watching TOF on them and sharing a funnel cake makes it all worth it.

♥ Looks like fun. The only time I take the kids anywhere big like a fair is when I have another adult with me. Freaks me out to try and keep track of them all... It's so nice to have help! :)
